2.2 Mandatory Technological Requirements: To ensure the quality and continuity of online classes, the Student must guarantee to have the following technological infrastructure:

-
Stable Internet Connection: A broadband internet connection (ADSL or higher) is required to ensure smooth video and audio streaming during the session.
3. Class Management and Scheduling
3.1 Validity of Class Packages: Purchased class packages expire one year from the date of purchase. Class packages have a 12-month validity period. Classes not used within the established validity period will expire without the possibility of recovery or refund.
3.2 Punctuality and Lateness Policy: The Instructor agrees to wait up to 15 minutes for the Student in case of lateness. This waiting time will be considered part of the total class duration. If the Student has not logged in or communicated after 15 minutes, the class will be considered complete and will be deducted from the contracted package, with no right to reschedule or refund.
3.3 Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy: Classes may be canceled by the Student at least 24 hours before the scheduled time. Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance or failure to appear for the class will result in the class being considered as taught and deducted from the package.
3.4 Vacation Period Notification: The Professor will notify students of their vacation periods at least 15 days in advance. Timely reminders will be sent to facilitate adaptation of class schedules.
